Role Description Join our fast-paced Keller Williams real estate office as a Director of First Impressions. We are looking for a full-time, on-site professional in Allentown, PA who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every client, agent, and visitor. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support position who enjoys working with people, keeping operations running smoothly, and being an essential part of a collaborative team.
Daily responsibilities include greeting clients and guests, answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining an organized reception area, and providing administrative support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and is confident using technology and social media to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle front desk, document, and office support tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, greet visitors, and interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess a customer-service mindset, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented real estate office; prior real estate or office experience is a plus.
- 1 year of customer service or front desk experience (required)
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Canva content creation)
