Role Description The Agent Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bend, OR. This position supports real estate agents with onboarding, licensing and compliance documentation, and access to company systems and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining agent records, preparing and updating office and marketing materials, coordinating office communications, and assisting with scheduling meetings, trainings, and events. The Agent Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for agents, answering questions, directing inquiries to appropriate resources, and ensuring a smooth experience within the office. The role also involves collaborating with leadership and staff to support operational efficiency and a professional, welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
