What You’ll Do
- Coach for results: Meet weekly with agents to review goals, celebrate wins, and create action plans
- Inspire accountability: Lead with candor and care while holding agents to high standards
- Partner for growth: Collaborate with the Team Leader to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Energize the culture: Bring enthusiasm to training events, masterminds, and productivity sessions
- Promote the program: Represent Productivity Coaching in orientations, meetings, and career nights
