KW OC Luxury in Irvine is looking for a state-licensed Broker Associate, or an experienced real estate professional willing to obtain a broker’s license, to lead and grow our agent coaching program. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about mentorship, business development, and helping others succeed while continuing to build personal production and earn rewarding commissions.

You will operate a structured coaching and accountability program focused on agent growth, skill development, and business expansion. Leveraging KW’s proven models, systems, and world-class training tools, you’ll help agents reach higher levels of success while scaling your own leadership and income potential.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000

• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
