Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist agents, clients, and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment.
- Support agents with administrative requests and office resources.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and office calendars.
- Assist with training classes, meetings, and special events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Create and distribute office communications and announcements.
- Support leadership with various administrative projects.
Experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Previous administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferred.
