What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for agents, clients, leadership, and guests
- Answer agent questions and help guide them through our systems
- Manage phones, communications, mail, office supplies, and office walkthroughs
- Assist with agent onboarding and leadership support
- Coordinate meeting preparation and class/event reminders
- Help maintain accurate records and support monthly reporting
- Support the overall flow, energy, and experience of the office

Details:
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
- Located in our New City office
- Reliable transportation required
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Must be willing to learn and embrace KW systems and culture
