- Cultivating strong client relationships and generating new business leads
- Gaining a thorough understanding of buyers’ objectives and financial capabilities
- Guiding clients to find their ideal home with personalized advice and expert knowledge

Responsibilities
- Dedicate 15 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Host four open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in script practice sessions and other team-oriented activities
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Maintain records of activities and client interactions
