Job description:
REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER POSITION: The individual in this position will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the real estate business by assisting with clerical duties, customer service, and managing communication with various stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, texts, and voicemails from clients, real estate agents, title companies, lenders, and other related parties. Maintaining communication on behalf of the agent.
- Administrative Support: Organizing and maintaining the lead tracking system and performing general clerical functions.
- Transaction Management: Assisting in the preparation of listing packages and entering them into the system, preparation of offers to purchase property, keeping track of transactions, and updating the transaction management system to ensure all information is current.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Managing multiple tasks efficiently, handling deadlines, and staying organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
