Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team As well as a warehouse team member . The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy equipment as needed.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to designated locations.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Utilize equipment such as fork lifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks for efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by documenting deliveries and returns
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety and equipment operation.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are followed to avoid injury.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Skills
- capable of operation forklifts and order pickers
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards related to transportation and equipment operation.
