What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpentry Craftsman / Co-Owner position at Keller Inc?
Keller Inc. is a 100% employee-owned Design/Build General Contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, WI with locations in Sun Prairie, Germantown, and Wausau. - Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial and agriculture projects
- Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bathroom partitions

- Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel - usually within the state of WI
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Job Requirements include but not limited to:
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Willingness to travel - typically within the state of WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs ground to shoulder, 80lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Must posses skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
