Compensation: $60,000 annual base salary quarterly performance bonus eligible personal sales commissions
Target total earnings: $90,000-$130,000 with division growth and individual performance (not guaranteed)

Keller Exteriors is expanding and seeking an experienced, driven Bath Division Leader to build and lead our residential bath remodeling division. We need a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, sell, coach, and develop a winning team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing bath sales team.
- Build predictable revenue and a profitable residential bath remodeling division.
- Lead weekly sales meetings, coaching, field training, and accountability reviews.
- Personally conduct sales appointments during startup and growth stages.
- Own sales performance metrics: appointments, demonstrations, close rate, revenue, and gross margin.
- Partner with marketing and shared services to maximize lead conversion and customer experience.
- Develop future leaders and report directly to the Branch President.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven residential home improvement sales success; bath remodeling or one-day bath experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and leading sales representatives.
- Strong in-home presentation and closing skills.
- Ownership mindset, follow-through, humility, and team-first leadership.
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
- $60,000 annual base salary.
- Quarterly division bonus: 2.5% of eligible quarterly division revenue above $600,000.
- Personal sales commission opportunity: proposed 5% on eligible personally generated sales.
- Year-end bonus: proposed 0.25% of eligible digital sales through the leader’s pipeline.
