Key Responsibilities- Oversee purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain coordination for a 24/7 food manufacturing operation.
- Manage raw material and packaging procurement, supplier relationships, pricing, purchase orders, and vendor compliance requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer orders.
- Partner closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and day-to-day operational flow.
- Provide hands-on support across warehouse and supply chain activities as needed in a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cross-functional projects, and adherence to food safety and GMP standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or related operations
- Experience managing inventory, purchasing, ordering, and vendor coordination for raw materials and packaging
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for tracking, reporting, and operational planning
- Ability to work in a hands-on, onsite manufacturing environment with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support production, logistics, and warehouse needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 operation with flexibility when needed
- Experience in audited food manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of food safety requirements, audit processes, BRC, GMP, and broader GFSI environments
- ERP system experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Business, or a related field
- Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing environment

Compensation & Details
- Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
- Hours: Typically 40-50 hours per week
- Schedule: Primarily standard business hours, with occasional flexibility needed to support a 24/7 operation
