Our client, a locally trusted business specializing in the maintenance, repair, and sales of pneumatic equipment and trailers, is seeking an accomplished President to lead their organization into its next phase of growth. With over 100 employees across seven locations throughout the Southeast and Texas, they've built their reputation on quality workmanship, dependable service, and a team-driven work environment.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee and organize operations across multiple locations while assisting with strategic company growth. As President, you'll work directly with the CEO/Owner to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improve customer relationships, source new business, and create a cohesive sales program across the company. You'll also play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing employee positions to optimize organizational structure.

The ideal candidate will bring both sales acumen and management expertise to build on the foundation of a successful business while shaping and driving future growth. This role offers the chance to expand the company and create a lasting career path with significant growth potential.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles
  • Industry Background: Sales and management experience (industry agnostic acceptable)
  • Core Skills:
    • Proven sales experience with ability to develop customer relationships and source new business
    • Strong management and operational leadership capabilities
    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
    • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multi-location operations
    • Financial acumen and business development expertise
    • Capability to drive accountability, performance, and cultural alignment across locations
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Industrial / Mechanical training or background
  • Experience in industrial services, pneumatic systems, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Mechanical industry knowledge
  • Spanish language proficiency

Benefits

Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Performance Bonus: Up to 2% of company yearly net profit
