The OpportunityAs the Executive Director of VIP Services, you will be responsible for leading the VIP host team that delivers exceptional table service experiences to high-value clientele. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales leader to revitalize a sales operation and implement innovative strategies to attract premium customers with significant discretionary income.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the VIP services host team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Create and implement proactive sales strategies to attract and retain high-value clients
- Establish effective sales processes, including follow-up procedures and customer targeting
- Identify and pursue opportunities in marketplaces where premium clientele can be found
- Drive team accountability and instill a culture of proactive sales and hustle
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategic improvements
- Develop operational plans for both nightlife and daylife venues
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership on business growth initiatives
- Meet or exceed table service revenue targets
- 3 years of experience in nightlife/daylife operations or luxury hospitality sales
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating sales teams to success
- Strong understanding of high-end bottle service operations and VIP customer experience
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Experience in the Las Vegas market preferred but not required
- Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an impressive professional presence
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving sales growth at a comparable venue
- Established network of high-value clients in Las Vegas or other major markets
- History of implementing successful process improvements within hospitality sales
- Background in luxury hospitality with transferable skills to nightlife/daylife operations
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches
