Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support internal operations at Keller CPAs. This role is focused on administrative accuracy, accounts payable tasks, document handling, and internal process support. You will help keep our office organized behind the scenes. In addition, you will assist with basic software research, comparing tools and documenting findings to support firm efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Support
- Answer and route phone calls; manage incoming email and faxes
- Greet clients and maintain a professional front-office presence
- Organize and track office supplies; process incoming and outgoing mail
- Support overall office operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow
Light Accounting & Administrative Tasks
- Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records
- Follow defined internal processes with attention to accuracy and efficiency
Executive & Team Support
- Assist the CEO with one-off tasks and administrative needs
- Coordinate with staff regarding deadlines, documents, and schedules
- Help maintain internal checklists, templates, and simple project tracking tools
