Job description:
As Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving existing business growth, expanding Kelar Pacific Portfolio within existing clients in the assigned accounts and continuing to position Kelar Pacific as a market leader, helping to build awareness for the awesome products that we represent.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for applying an understanding of Kelar Pacific’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customers to engaging with and establishing commercial relationships with the existing customers. The role requires domain knowledge in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (building design technologies). The primary function of this position is maintaining high renewal rate and account expansion. The aim of the role is to increase revenue amongst existing assigned accounts. You will report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the assigned accounts in a timely manner, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer success teams in the nurturing process.
- Proactively make outbound activities, including calling and Social Media Outreach against established assigned accounts.
- Research accounts, and identify key stake holders in each account for account based sales and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve or exceed the monthly and quarterly targets outlined in your quarterly Sales Compensation Plan.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting (Sales activities, pipeline vs target)
Required personal and Professional Skills:
- 1 years of experience in a sales role at a technology company
- Experience in Software sales in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry is a big plus
- Experience with Salesforce
- Capacity to think and act independently within a fast-paced, multitask driven environment
- Enjoy prospecting and outbound activities
- Goal oriented, result driven and well organized
- University Degree related to Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Software is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and sales communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing demands and conditions
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
