Business Development Representative - Entry Level - San Diego Office On-Site

We are now seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (Entry Level) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the construction technology and consulting services Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively complete 120-150 daily outbound activities, including calls, emails, and social media outreach, targeting the Construction industry, with a focus on achieving the monthly sales quota.

• Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute a minimum of 4 outbound campaigns per month to generate leads from strategic Construction accounts.

• Research accounts and identify key contacts based on our ideal customer profile for one-on-one call and email campaigns.

• Leverage the leads you've prospected and added to the CRM system, using the appropriate messaging to secure initial discovery calls with Project Managers.

• Provide Project Managers with detailed background information before the discovery calls you've scheduled.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and pipeline vs. target.

Required Personal and Professional Skills:

• Two years of sales experience is required – we will provide comprehensive training.

• A positive, goal-oriented, and business-driven attitude with a strong desire to grow.

• Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, multitask-driven environment.

• Strong enjoyment of prospecting and outbound activities.

• Excellent verbal, written, and sales communication skills.

• Adaptability to changing demands and conditions.

• A university degree related to Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Software is a plus.

• Experience in Business Development or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus.
