Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and proper seating arrangements
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, handling reservations and inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience

Experience

• Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and guest relations best practices
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and guest interactions
