- Draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and engagement letters
- Maintain and update document templates and repositories
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and A/V needs
- Serve as a point of contact for client and internal inquiries and provide backup support when staff are out of the office
- Manage Partner calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing over‑booking
- Assist with processing and tracking client tax returns and extensions
- Support electronic filing processes and input status updates into firm systems
- Prepare expense reports, travel arrangements, conference registrations, and related logistics
- Assist with new client and new engagement request documentation
- Provide administrative support including database entry, scanning, copying, and report preparation
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless client service
- Support firm initiatives and provide backup support for office operations as needed
- Demonstrate strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Communicate professionally and offer strategic solutions to organizational needs
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Occasionally lift and transport packages up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment
