Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $ $55.00 per hour, based on experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience.
• In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems and California building codes.
• Proven experience in system removal, installation, and routine maintenance.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated in-field sales experience.
• Expertise in equipment management and pipe/duct system installation.
• Advanced technical knowledge, including wiring diagrams, refrigeration cycles, and data analysis.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record.

• Conduct field service visits for appliance repair and property maintenance.
• Drive a company vehicle to various locations for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and deliver exceptional customer service.
