You’ll report to the Division Service Manager and oversee day-to-day operations while working alongside our excellent team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, be exposed to interesting projects and lay out an exciting career trajectory!ResponsabilitésOverseeday to day operation and report to division service manager.Oversee service coordinator and alltaskassigned to perform.Manage all work order service tickets toassurethey are closed out and billedpromptly .PerformBillingoverview toassuremonthly budgets are within range and report to division manager of possibleshort comings.Review technicians’ performance and report to division manager on progress.Set up new customers, Projects. Assure PO are issue for billing.Prepare proposals as requested by clients.Procurement of sub-contractors, parts, and materials for projectsReview warrantybilltoassureall costs are captured.Assure all vendor bills cost are captured and applied to the correct billings.Oversee fleet operation associated with HSO NY Division and report to upper management of issues.Prepare and review all reporting produced by the HSO divisions tocomply withsalesdivisionsrequest.Assure that HSO NY division is communicating with customers andsaledivision in real time advising of any issuepertaining toproject or servicing.RequirementsTeam player with good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
