About the Role: We are seeking an Event Producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics. In this role, you will transform client visions into extraordinary productions by managing every detail from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop event themes, designs, and styles.
- Create and manage budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Work with creative and production teams to bring event concepts to life.
- Oversee logistics including floor plans, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
- Manage event execution and troubleshoot with professionalism and creativity.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities.
- Cross-sell and collaborate with sister brands: Kehoe Designs Décor, BlackOak Technical Productions, and The Geraghty.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in event production, design, or related creative sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
- Experience in floral, décor, or event fabrication preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Preferred Skills:
- A creative storyteller with a strong eye for design and emerging trends.
- A people person who excels at relationship management and communication.
- Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects at once.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and “WOW” moments.
