Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Event Crew Members to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on event setup, teardown, and logistics. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during busy seasons. Most shifts occur on weekends (day and night), with some weekday and early-morning assignments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload rental equipment, furniture, linens, and décor
- Assist with event setup and teardown according to client specifications
- Safely drive company trucks, vans, and trailers to event sites (for qualified drivers)
- Maintain equipment in clean and presentable condition
- Work closely with team members to meet tight timelines and high client expectations
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and venue staff
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL not required, but ability to drive box trucks is a plus)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability: weekends, evenings, and occasional early mornings required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
