Kehoe Designs is a nationally recognized leader in event design and production, crafting unforgettable experiences for weddings, social celebrations, galas, corporate events, and brand activations. We’re looking for an experienced Event Designer & Producer who brings both creative vision and operational expertise to every project.
You’ll concept, design, and oversee the full production of high-impact events, collaborating with our talented creative team and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly from the first sketch to the final spotlight.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop event design themes, styles, and budgets.
- Design and produce events that reflect each client’s unique story, brand, and goals.
- Partner with in-house Creative, Production, and Floral teams to translate ideas into stunning, fully realized event experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts that align with company standards and profitability goals.
- Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the design and production process.
- Lead on-site execution to guarantee seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Continuously seek innovation in event design, materials, and production methods.
Qualifications | What You Need to Bring
- 5 years experience in event design and production (particularly in a creative or event décor industry).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-touch luxury events across multiple markets (weddings, social, corporate, and brand).
- Experience in floral design/floral production a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel computer skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, with outstanding follow-up skills.
- Associates or Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
