Responsibilities

• Assist customers by accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts.
• Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean and efficient parts counter and storage areas.
• Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills including inventory management and order processing software.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
