Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Mooresville, NC. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, understanding their needs, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities include conducting effective sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries promptly, developing a strong knowledge of our inventory, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals. The role involves continuous learning and professional development to ensure a high standard of service and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide a superior experience.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Training to guide customers through purchase decisions and assist team members in achieving growth.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales Management to achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in building relationships and fostering customer satisfaction. Previous automotive sales experience is a bonus but not required.
- High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on personal and team success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
