Key Responsibilities
Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital messages
Contact customers via phone, text, and email
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic
Re-engage customers who previously inquired but did not purchase
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Provide professional, helpful communication to every customer
Work closely with the sales managers to maximize appointment opportunities
Performance Expectations
BDC Representatives are typically responsible for:
