Keffer Construction & Remodeling LLC is seeking a dependable, skilled construction laborer to join our growing team serving New Philadelphia, Dover, and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential and commercial remodeling, with the majority of our work focused on residential projects. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include: Knowledge and experience in all areas of interior and exterior construction; framing and finish carpentry; installing doors, trim, and cabinetry; flooring installation; drywall hanging and finishing; demolition; and exterior remodeling including siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, decks, and other repairs or installations. Must be able to use power tools safely, maintain job-site organization and cleanup, troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision, and work professionally with homeowners and team members.
Qualifications: 3 years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical construction work. Dependable daily attendance is required. Must be able to work independently and lead a small crew when appropriate.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and reliability.
