Duties & Responsibilities

We count on our team members to uphold the reputation of Keepin’ It Clean through consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. As part of our crew, your core responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing your schedule and preparing for each day with a clear understanding of The K.I.C. Cleaning System and our service standards.
• Securing and opening assigned cleaning areas responsibly, ensuring all checklists are completed with accuracy and care.
• Executing all cleaning tasks to the highest standard, following both our company protocols and specific client requirements to ensure a spotless result every time.
• Maintaining an organized, sanitized, and fully stocked work area—always putting safety, cleanliness, and presentation first.
• Overseeing the proper use, storage, and upkeep of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring nothing is wasted or left unchecked.
• Collaborating closely with team members, stepping in to support others and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Proactively using any downtime to communicate needs, updates, or issues with your teammates and the office so that operations stay smooth and efficient.
• Strictly following safety protocols when handling equipment, supplies, or chemicals to protect yourself, your team, and our clients.
• Keeping cleaning equipment clean and in optimal working condition, reporting any issues immediately to avoid disruptions.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, stays organized under pressure, and understands that even the smallest task contributes to a larger standard of excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

We’re seeking dependable, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service every time. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and ready to take on responsibility with professionalism and reliability.
• Has prior cleaning experience (6 months preferred), with an eye for detail and a standard of excellence.
• Is physically capable of being active throughout the day—standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds without hesitation.
• Communicates clearly and confidently—both with teammates and clients—and knows how to listen, problem-solve, and keep things running smoothly.
• Can adapt to changing schedules and client needs, including driving 15 minutes when necessary. Flexibility is essential in this fast-paced, client-focused role.
• Represents the Keepin’ It Clean brand with pride, following our dress code and presenting a professional image at every job.
• Brings strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently, document effectively, and uphold our reputation for quality service.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check. This is to uphold our commitment to integrity.
• Must have reliable and insured transportation, a valid driver’s license, and consistent punctuality.
• Own a Smartphone for Scheduling & Communication.
