- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Strong skills in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and guidelines, certifications are a plus
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EPA certification preferred
- Previous HVAC experience is highly desired
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
