- Run scheduled, qualified replacement consultations
- Perform full home evaluations, including:
- Comfort survey
- Engineering analysis
- Load calculations
- Educate homeowners on system options, efficiency, and value
- Present clear, well‑structured proposals
- Address questions and resistance with professionalism
- Close sales using company‑approved systems (no guessing, no winging it)
- Coordinate financing, paperwork, and sold job handoff
- Follow up on technician‑generated and marketing‑generated leads
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems
