Transportation Liaison / Recovery Transport Driver

Keep It Tight, LLC (K.I.T.) is seeking professional, dependable, and compassionate Transportation Liaisons to join our growing surgical support team.

Our Transportation Team plays a critical role in the recovery journey by providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation for post-operative clients. This is more than a driving position—our drivers help create a positive and supportive experience from pick-up to drop-off.

Position Overview

The Transportation Liaison is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from surgical centers, airports, hotels, recovery suites, medical appointments, and private residences using company vehicles. Team members serve as an extension of our patient care team and are expected to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport post-operative clients using company vehicles
• Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles when appropriate
• Ensure clients travel comfortably and safely during transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment
• Communicate arrival times and transportation updates with clients and staff
• Follow all company transportation and safety protocols
• Complete transportation documentation accurately
• Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly
• Support clients with professionalism, patience, and discretion

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience preferred
• Experience in medical transportation, NEMT, patient transport, caregiving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in various situations
• Strong reliability and punctuality

Requirements

• Must pass background and driving record checks
• Must be comfortable working with post-operative clients
• Ability to lift and transport light patient belongings and recovery supplies
• Willingness to travel throughout New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and surrounding service areas
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
