Keep It Tight, LLC (K.I.T.) is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Recovery Care Liaisons to join our growing surgical support team.
Unlike traditional caregiving positions, our Recovery Care Liaisons provide a complete recovery experience for clients undergoing elective cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care, attentive to detail, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing recovery environment.
Position Overview
The Recovery Care Liaison works directly with post-operative clients in recovery suites, hotels, private residences, and medical facilities. This role involves monitoring patient well-being, assisting with daily activities, documenting observations, providing emotional support, and communicating with the care team throughout the recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical post-operative support and recovery assistance
- Monitor and document patient status, comfort levels, and recovery progress
- Assist clients with mobility, hydration, nutrition, personal care, and daily activities
- Perform and document vital signs as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable recovery environment
- Communicate observations and concerns to supervisors and medical professionals when necessary
- Offer compassionate emotional support and reassurance to clients
- Escort clients to appointments when required
- Follow company protocols, safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience required
- Certification or license as a CNA, CMA, PCT, LPN, Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, or equivalent healthcare credential required
- Experience in post-surgical care, plastic surgery recovery, rehabilitation, or patient support strongly preferred
- Strong clinical observation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a rapidly expanding company
Requirements
- Valid healthcare certification, license, or credential
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and surrounding areas
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed
Schedule
- 12-Hour Shifts Available
- 24-Hour Shifts Available
- Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Opportunities
