About Us
Keep it Neat Cleaning Service is a growing, family-owned and eco-friendly cleaning service based right here in Old Orchard Beach. We’re looking to add a dependable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to our growing team.
We are known for our high standards and attention to detail in every visit, and we're looking for someone who shares that same genuine care in what they do. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a positive and supportive environment everyday they come to work.
You can earn up to $25.00 per hour with Attendance and quality-based bonuses and incentives, as well as earn the opportunity to grow into leadership roles with higher pay and responsibility. If you're reliable and coachable, and love helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
- Schedule: You’ll provide your regular availability between Monday–Friday (starting at 8:30 AM, 8:15 AM on Mondays), and we schedule jobs for you those days. Mondays are a required day.
- Summer: Saturday availability required during the summer (Extra weekday off provided in exchange)
- Service Area: Wells to Yarmouth (most jobs are within 10–15 miles of Old Orchard Beach)
- Scheduling: Based on your consistent weekly availability
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes to a high standard with attention to detail and client care, ensuring all work meets our quality check expectations
- Following structured cleaning systems and checklists ensuring we provide a consistent clean across the board.
- Creating clean, refreshed spaces that clients genuinely enjoy coming home to, giving them time and energy back in their day (You'll make a huge difference!)
- Working independently, and occasionally as a team
- Treating every home, client, and team member with kindness and professionalism
- Communicating clearly with team members and management
- Creating that "wow" factor each time our clients come home after their visit!
- Enjoying coming to work!

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry typical cleaning equipment and supplies, and occasionally move furniture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Willingness to adapt to different jobs, job types, and various scenarios.
Compensation & Perks
- $20.00/hr during training and initial 90 days
- $21.00/hr after 90 days
- Earn up to $25.00 / hr. with bonuses and incentives
