Minimum nightly responsibilities include vacuuming and floor sanitation, dusting, glass/surface cleaning, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and trash removal. Knowledge of janitorial equipment such as auto-scrubbers and buffers will receive higher consideration. Position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Potential opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities.
Candidate must be able to climb stairs and to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach, twist, stretch, pull, push, press. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Background check and quality references required.
