Part-time Cleaning Specialist / Floater

About the Role

This is a part-time floater position designed for someone who wants flexible work now and a clear path to full-time growth.

As a Part-time floater, you’ll support our team with:

• Same-day fill-ins
• Deep cleans
• One-time jobs
• Overflow work during busy weeks

This role is meant to be flexible by nature, with some need for flexibility and last-minute scheduling. You'll start with as little as 1 day per week (with more depending on demand and schedule) and increasing over time. Most floaters become consistently busier over the first couple of months and are typically considered for Premium Team roles within 60–90 days based on performance, reliability, and team fit.

You’ll start at $19.00/hour, receive paid training, and have a clear opportunity to earn your way onto our full-time or Premium Team with pay increases and long-term benefits.

Pay & Advancement Path:

Floater Position (Part-Time / On-Call)

• Starting pay: $19.00/hour
• Same-day fill-in bonus: $20 per day
• Eligible immediately for monthly performance bonuses and tips
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid training

Advancement Opportunity:
Top-performing floaters are typically promoted within 60–90 days into Premium Team roles:

Full-Time Team

• Starting at $20.00/hour
• Eligible for additional bonuses and incentives
• PTO and birthday off
• Mileage reimbursement
• Continued raises and leadership opportunities

Premium Team

• Pay increase to $20.00/hour ($21.00/hour if after 90 days of employment)
• Eligible for full quarterly and annual quality bonuses
• PTO and birthday day-off

• Consistent recurring clients = more consistent tips
• Top-tier pay, incentives, and advancement

Schedule Expectations:

• Fill-in coverage and occasional on-call / last-minute fill-in
• Deep cleans, move-ins/outs, and one-time jobs. Vacation and Sick-day coverage as well
• Flexible schedule: typically 1–3 days per week to start
• Hours increase over time as skills increase, and demand grows
• Saturday's are a must during peak season (Typically June–September)

This role is ideal for someone with flexible availability who wants to grow into a consistent full-time schedule.
