Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Integration Specialist located in Chandler, AZ, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, developing and implementing software integration solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless system operations. The role requires collaborating with internal teams and external clients, maintaining clear communication to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to identify, address, and solve technical challenges efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and clients, and to document requirements
- Proficiency in Integration processes and techniques, including APIs and data migration
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, with a solid understanding of programming languages and frameworks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability in a hybrid working environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in IT or technical consulting roles is advantageous
