M&A Integration and ServiceTitan Specialist – ResiXperts
Summary of Role:
The primary responsibility of the M&A Integration and Service Titan Specialist will be to lead the successful post-merger field integration of companies into ResiXperts. This responsibility includes project management of post-close transition plans as well as integration into existing ServiceTitan systems or leading new ServiceTitan implementations where needed. This position will report directly to the ResiXperts Integration Leader and will include close collaboration with field leadership of ResiXperts and the companies joining ResiXperts
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and project manage ServiceTitan integrations of smaller companies to become part of existing companies’ ServiceTitan platforms
- Ensure frontline training for technicians, installers and CSRs/Dispatchers for ServiceTitan
- Provide in-house ServiceTitan 1st level support for ResiXperts companies as required
- Assist in development and training for ResiXperts best practices and SOPs
- Develop and execute 90-day integration plans, managing cross-functional projects while also completing the hands-on work required to ensure success for both standalone companies and smaller bolt-on companies
- Coordinate across multiple functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure effective execution of integration activities
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders on integration and ServiceTitan progress, risks, and issues
- Remote position with travel as required (~50%) to US company locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in integration, project management, IT implementation or related fields. ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred and M&A integration experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational management skills.
- History of successfully managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree in related area with graduate degree a plus but not required.
