This role supports key functions within Commercial Operations by assisting with omnichannel, reporting, call reporting, roster management, and other commercial sales operations functions. The position provides day‑to‑day assistance to the Commercial Operations team, including investigating and responding to inquiries related to roster data, Veeva CRM, and other critical systems. Responsibilities include preparing and formatting omnichannel audiences and campaign materials, documenting operational workflows, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives. The role also contributes to the Integration Project for Keenova by participating in system testing, validating functionality, and documenting outcomes to ensure a successful transition.

Key Responsibilities
- Familiarization with key functions within Commercial Operations such as Omnichannel, reporting, call recording, roster and other functions
- Assist Commercial Operations in support of answering questions about Roster, Veeva CRM and other systems
- Assist with formatting Omnichannel audiences and campaigns
- Assist with documentation of various Commercial Operations functions
- Assist with the Integration Project for Keenova by testing various systems and documenting
- Other responsibilities as needed
- Education & Experience: Some college in a Business or Marketing major
- Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Strong communication skills; strong Microsoft tool skills; Ability to problem solve and learn quickly
