KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to support strategic planning, organizational improvement, business transformation, and enterprise initiatives across federal programs. This individual will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business operations, improve organizational performance, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with experience in organizational development, governance, business process improvement, portfolio management, and executive-level communications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and organizational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Develop recommendations that support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and requirements-gathering activities
- Conduct business process analysis and document workflows, business rules, operational procedures, and functional requirements
- Perform gap analyses, trend analyses, and performance assessments to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop executive briefings, presentations, reports, and strategic documentation for leadership
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate operational needs into actionable recommendations
- Support portfolio, program, and project management initiatives by tracking priorities, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure organizational success
- Support organizational change initiatives through process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning
- Mentor project teams and contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and organizational standards
- Assist with governance activities, strategic planning efforts, risk management initiatives, and business transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, PMO support, or business transformation
- Experience conducting business process improvement, organizational assessments, and strategic planning initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration
- PMP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus
