Our firm was formed with the goal of combining the expertise we gained through practice in a large firm setting with the flexibility and attention to detail that characterize many smaller firms. Our dynamic and growing law firm is looking to add a bright energetic Associate with 3-5 years litigation experience to join our team. Our practice focuses on public entity defense including tort claims cases, employment litigation and constitutional claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing privilege logs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on discovery.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
