Job Summary:
The SAP Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and support services. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning project outcomes with business goals, and maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of SAP programs and projects across various modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.)
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and BASIS consultants
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure smooth transition to support and manage post-go-live activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10 years of SAP experience with at least 3 5 years in a delivery or program management role
- Strong knowledge of SAP implementations, migrations, and support models
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
