SAP Delivery Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Summary:

The SAP Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and support services. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning project outcomes with business goals, and maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of SAP programs and projects across various modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.)
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and BASIS consultants
  
  

Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure smooth transition to support and manage post-go-live activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 10 years of SAP experience with at least 3 5 years in a delivery or program management role
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementations, migrations, and support models
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
