We’re looking for a people‑focused, detail‑loving Universal Banker to join our Keen Bank team in our Owatonna, Minnesota location. In this role, you’ll be the first smile our customers see and the trusted partner they rely on for their everyday banking needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Universal Banker, you’ll combine teller expertise with relationship‑building skills to deliver standout service:
- Open, close and maintain deposit accounts
- Process daily transactions—including deposits, withdrawals and transfers—with accuracy and care
- Discover customer needs and recommend the right banking products and services
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalized service
- Participate in officer calls to help grow and strengthen customer relationships
- Handle cash responsibly, including drawers, vaults and ATMs, and balance accurately each shift
- Stay knowledgeable and compliant with state and federal banking regulations
Your work plays a key role in customer satisfaction and helps support the success of our community bank.
What We’re Looking For
· Two years of banking or financial services experience OR four years of business or sales experience
· Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A commitment to integrity, professionalism and ethical standards
Your Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Must be available Monday–Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
- Saturdays between 8:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Pay & Perks
Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
