Our bank is looking for a Universal Teller to join our team in our Owatonna, Minnesota location. If you enjoy helping people, being organized and working in a community‑focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Universal Teller, you’ll be the first smile our customers see when they walk through the door. You’ll help with everyday banking needs, build lasting relationships and make sure every customer feels confident and welcome.
What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same—and that’s part of the fun!
- Handle customer transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments with accuracy and care
- Balance cash drawers, vaults and ATMs at the end of each shift
- Assist with night deposits and vault duties
- Get to know customers and provide personalized, friendly service
- Spot opportunities to introduce helpful bank products and services
- Help protect customers by following fraud prevention and security procedures
- Stay up to date and compliant with state and federal banking regulations
Your attention to detail and positive attitude helps create a great experience for every customer who walks in.
What We’re Looking For
- Two years of banking or financial services experience OR four years of business or sales experience
- Strong cash‑handling skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Comfort with basic computer and math skills
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to doing things right
Your Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Must be available Monday–Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
- Saturdays between 8:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Pay & Perks
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
