We are looking to hire a Sales Representative for our Paving group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for securing, estimating, and closing new deals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers- serving as the key point of contact.
- Responsible for job cost set up & completion in partnership with Project Manager.
- Helps drive collections when job closes.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
- Willingness to secure and produce new clients by proactively engaging in door-to-door prospecting and direct outreach.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Identifies and proposes projects across the assigned region & creates a business case.
- Research project opportunities by analyzing market strategies, project requirements, and institution financials.
- Plans and prepares presentations for potential clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent sales work experience.
- 5 years' in the construction, engineering, paving, asphalt, concrete sectors or related industries performing the similar primary responsibilities listed.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with the Paving industry, a plus
- Experience using SalesForce, a plus
