We are looking to hire a Quality Control Inspector for a 12-18 month project with our Industrial Manufacturing Group in Destrehan, LA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform tests on construction materials and systems to verify performance and durability.
- Identify and report non-conformities and quality issues and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Current CWI certification required.
- Grain facility experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician) is a plus.
