Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general filing and maintain organized digital job files.
- Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing and completing weekly reports.
- Maintain and update the bid schedule regularly.
- Provide support to estimators with administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and consistent documentation and follow-ups.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members on specific projects or assignments.
- Conduct research and gather data for reports or presentations.
- Support Managers and Team Members for the duration of the internship.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to contribute to the organization's goals.
- Take initiative to learn and grow professionally through hands-on experience and feedback.
- In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
