We are looking to hire a Human Resources Co-Op for our Corporate Human Resources team in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR team with projects as needed.
- Support the Intern program with administrative responsibilities.
- Assist with responding to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR related questions.
- Assist with HRIS projects,
- Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for various assigned projects.
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or other closely related degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
