Day Shift Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered on the first day of the month after hire, 401(k) after 6 months.
Overview: As a Custodian for Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our large machining facility and occasionally assisting the maintenance staff.

Work Environment: Shop floor environment with exposure to moderate noise, fumes, debris, and dirt and oil. Environment will also contain heavy machinery and rotating parts. PPE is required at all times and is provided.

Job Functions
- Duties include cleaning walls, floors, equipment, or any other areas of the facility as needed.
- You will restock cleaning supplies and maintain janitor closets in an organized, safe manner.
- Waste disposal, managing coolant supplies and waste system, and general sanitation of the facilities will be daily tasks.
- Other maintenance duties such as equipment and lighting will be managed as needed.
- May be asked to assist maintenance mechanics with their tasks occasionally.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products required.
- One to three years of janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, such as those on cleaning product labels.
- Good communication skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
